We can get a very competitive quote for you with just items 1 – 4 below:

1. Address of the property
2. Purchase price and Loan amount
3. Estimated Closing Date
4. Person’s name (so we can find it for you later)

To get an even lower quote, we can use their birthdate and/or ss#. 

If we do, and a credit check is done, it is a “soft hit” that DOES NOT show up on their credit report.    

We won’t contact the buyer, until you tell us it is ok to do so.
